Project goal

Investment management and control for Telecommunication Company.

Project description

One of the main processes of mid-sized and large companies is management and control of companies' cash flows and investments (equipment purchase). Each investment process is a complex business process which demands involvement of a number of responsible people and executors, where each fulfills its separate function/role. Also many of such processes consist of sub-processes which have to be centralized and appropriately managed. To manage them ALBPM engine has been chosen.
In this regard the main goal of the project was adaptation/implementation of automated management and control over all investment processes.
These processes include:
  1. Workflow management and control;
  2. Notification system for all members involved into the process.
