Project goal

Aggregation and visualization of geographical information of the Telecommunication Company. Project is a part of internal portal of a company.

Project description

Most of telecommunication companies use GIS software to manage different cable networks, retransmitting stations and other equipment. The client has chosen ArcGIS (ESRI) for this purpose.
The main goal of the project is creation of web component to search and present geographical information to ArcGIS server users. The project is a part of internal portal of a company.

ITlect input

Parts of project ITlect is responsible for:

1. Maps reflection from the services provided by ArcGIS servers installed on client side.
2. Precision map printing;
3. Map search based on data provided by external sources (DBs and Arc GIS servers)
4. Drawing inventory objects on the maps;
5. ArcSDE layers generation service that consumes data from Microstrategy enterprise reporting system. (ArcSDE - part of the Esri GIS Server for geographical data management)
6. Assistance to the end customer in the map services publishing
